![]() He will cast Dispel on the party, and on his next turn cast Ultima that can potentially exceed 4,000 damage. Once Seymour Omnis is attacked six times, he will glow red, indicating his change of strategy. ![]() One matching disc halves damage Seymour takes from the corresponding element. Two matching discs immunize Seymour to the corresponding element.Three matching discs allow Seymour to absorb the corresponding element.Four matching discs allow Seymour to absorb the corresponding element, but render him weak to the opposing element. The Mortiphasms govern Seymour Omnis's elemental attributes: The spells' strength is also determined by how many of the same color are facing Seymour: if 1~2 elements are aligned, Seymour will cast -ra spells of those elements, and if 3~4 elements are aligned, he will cast -ga spells. ![]() The spells used are determined by which colored section on each disc is closest to Seymour: orange for fire-elemental, purple for ice-elemental, blue for water-elemental, and yellow for lightning-elemental. On his turn, he will cast four elemental spells in succession on the player party, targeting each party member once and a random party member for the fourth spell if any party members are KO'd, Seymour will only cast 2~3 spells. Seymour Omnis hovers in front of four large discs called Mortiphasms. Get reflect if you can like everyone else is saying.Fira, Thundara, Blizzara, Watera, Firaga, Thundaga, Blizzaga, Waterga, Dispel, Ultima Battle So basically, to me, I won't get the full benefit of all that unless I plan on fighting Omega weapon & Penance for the sake of tackling it. I'm nearly finished and FFX is not a GTA style game you can continue to play after you finish the story.>! Tidus dies, makes up with Jecht, Auron dies, Spira is calm, It's hinted that Tidus is held to Spira still alive due to Yuna's love for him and his love for her lurking in the water. But I don't want to do that cause to me it's counter productive to my play style. I'm actually having major issues with these, but every guid e & player says that is meant to be tackled way later on in the game by the time you get to sin / inside of sin. Trust me, you will regret it when you get to the calm lands or come back on the airship when the monster arena kicks your ass or Belgimine for the Yojimbo, Especially the dark aeons. You don't need to overhaul grind but stay there at the higbridge a little longer and don't jump to the boss fight / next location like the story wants you to. I highly regret not spending more time on the high bridge just grinding and fighting the machina / human guards for a good while before battling Seymour. The Calm lands get on my nerves more than the high bridge. I'm mentioning this because I stopped and realized at this point it would be a great opportunity to farm AP, get stronger and level up easy cause at least at this point on the high bridge the enemies provide a decent - good AP pay off and reward for Sphere leveling and the enemies are not tideous at all like in other places. My party average HP is 2000s with Tidus, Auron and maybe Yuna being strongest HP wise and Wakka somehow being the strongest overall. My party was not the strongest and I am now in the calm lands, just got yojimbo (overpaid for him for nothing tbh but whatever) and am about to go to Mt.Gagzet. ![]() Don't just run through the higbridge then fight. The one way at the bottom then one right before kimhari and seymour hovering there.
